  • How does ordering work?

    Orders are placed and paid solely through this website via credit card. We offer four care package options with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 50 packages per option. Simply add your desired amount to checkout, pay, and we will ship them to you! For quantities of more than 200 care packages, customers should expect to wait an additional five (5) business days and contact us directly at drcassandra@toothpasteandlollipops.org for a shipping time frame estimate.

  • Can you mix-and-match care packages?

    Care packages are available for purchase in quantities of 50 of one option type. We do not offer the option to mix-and-match packages to meet minimum requirements.

  • What are in your care packages?

    Each package contains a professional grade toothbrush, a child-friendly, sparkle, bubblegum flavored toothpaste, a sticker (options may vary), and an individually wrapped lollipop. Each option will include additional items unique to that option. You can check out our offerings here. All packages are individually wrapped in eco-friendly, clear, sustainable cellophane.

  • Who can purchase your care packages?

    Our packages are available for purchase by anyone wishing to meet the needs of children and families.

  • How are your products shipped?

    We ship via UPS, Fedex, and U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. All orders ship free.

  • What are your shipping time frames?

    Orders generally ship within three business days. For quantities of more than 200 care packages, customers should expect to wait an additional 5 business days and should contact us directly at drcassandra@toothpasteandlollipops.org for a shipping time frame estimate.

  • What is your refund policy?

    Due to the nature of the our products and market, all sales are final.
